Dear Tinypay user,

We've created Tinypay to make it easy and accessible for everyone to sell online and we're proud to have served over 30,000 sellers on a daily basis.

In the last year we've transformed our company from merely a selling tool to a social platform, MarketPage, with thousands of communities and even celebrity users like Snoop Dogg. Our pivot has proved to be successful as we have welcomed many more new sellers and buyers.

The downside of our latest milestones is that we ended up with two very similar products. This makes it a lot harder and more time consuming for us to maintain and support both and we have less time to focus on new features. To resolve this we've decided to merge both services into one product that will fit all users.

In the last few months, we've worked hard to make sure that this transition will be smooth without affecting our users too much. Due to the latest server issues we've had with Tinypay we decided to accelerate the migration process, so you can keep selling in the easiest way possible!

We believe that these changes will be for the better for all of our users and we try to make this transition as smooth as possible for everyone.

However if you have any concerns or questions feel free to contact us in regard to the changes at support@getmarketpage.com.

Thanks,

Tinypay/MarketPage Team

What's going to happen with my existing items?

All items added will now automatically show up on MarketPage. You will keep receiving orders just as you do now, old Tinypay item links will automatically redirect to the new MarketPage links. So everything will work as you are used to. New items will have to be added on MarketPage.

Do I or my customers need a Facebook account from now on to use MarketPage?

Buyers or visitors of your items do not need a Facebook account to view or buy your items. However as our product is tightly integrated with Facebook's social features, we ask you, the seller, to login with your Facebook account in order to use MarketPage.

Will you post on my Facebook profile or page on my behalf?

No, we will not post anything on your wall or page without your explicit permission.

Is MarketPage also a free service?

Putting items for sale on MarketPage is free of charge, however we will take a 5% success fee if you happen to sell an item. You can disable all selling fees by creating your own MarketPage and upgrading to our premium plan. With our premium plan, you can have your own MarketPage for just $29 a month and you will be able to completely disable the fees.
